    • How can I save money on my order?

      You can save money per serving by switching to a bigger plan. For example, a plan with 5 meals and 4 servings each will cost less per serving than a plan with 2 meals and 2 servings each.


      To earn referral credit, refer your friends to join us. Just log into your account, click on REFER FRIEND and share your referral link with them. Remember that the friends you refer have to be new customers without an existing account.

      You can save money by earning and redeeming loyalty points through our rewards program.Our clients are automatically enrolled into this loyalty program and earn points just by siging up and on every delivery.


    • What if my meal is missing an ingredient or there is a quality issue?

      Please notify us as soon as possible. Our team will escalate the issue accordingly and get you an answer or solution as soon as possible. This feedback is incredibly valuable to us and we will use it to solve any production issues we may have.

      If you are concerned about any quality issue, we will need a photo and any identifying information on the affected product. This will help us find the root cause as quickly as possible.


      In order to keep our team on-point through our weekly production cycle, we kindly info you to alert us of any issues within the four-day shelf life of your Fresh Prep delivery. Past that point, we may not be able to provide solutions, further information, or credits.


    • What if I want to modify my order?

      You may modify or cancel your order up until 48 hours before your delivery. After that, all orders are final and we cannot issue refunds or make modifications. You can contact us regarding your order status. We appreciate your understanding!

    • How do I cancel my subscription?

      Did you know you can ‘pause’ your account?


      Pausing your account gives you more flexibility and lets you stop and start your meal kit delivery on a week by week basis. You won’t receive deliveries or get billed while your account is paused. When you want to resume deliveries, simply set your account status to ‘Active’. You can also order for just one week by “unskipping” that week.

      If you want to cancel your account permanently, email us before your weekly cutoff time and we'll assist you.


    • How can I return the food containers?

      We’ll pick up the food containers the next time we deliver to you. Just leave them out in the same spot your driver leaves your new order. We’re all about building a circular economy that reduces waste and pollution!


      Food & Ingredients :

    • Do you use Halal certified meat?

      Yes, our beef, lamb, chicken and turkey in our meal is Halal certified.  

      All other meat or seafood products we use in our meal such as salmon, shrimp, pork, deer, rabbit, duck may not be Halal certified.


      Similarly, other non-vegetarian ingredients are not halal certified, examples include Chicken Bouillon Cubes, Anchovy Paste, Parmesan Cheese.

    • How long will my meal stay fresh?

      Our meal are prepared to be consumed within 4 days of delivery. If you choose to have your meals more than 4 days after receiving them, we cannot guarantee the freshness of any ingredients.


      Please follow the handling instructions given on the label of any packaged foods to ensure you enjoy them at their highest quality and best taste.If you receive seafood with your delivery we always suggest eating that first for optimum taste!



    • Can you accommodate diets like Keto, Paleo, Mediterranean, Pescatarian, or Vegan?

      We currently accommodate vegetarian diets nationwide. We do not currently offer other program. Our regular program is most similar to a Mediterranean diet by default.

    • Where do your ingredients and products come from?

      Transparency is one of our core values, and that’s why there’s no mystery around the origin of our products: at least 80% of the contents of the meal are either sourced from local businesses or packaged right here in the Netherlands, we try to use European products as much as possible.


      When this isn't possible due to seasonal availability or other factors, we source ingredients with the best quality/price ratio available on the market. That means you’re eating the freshest seasonal ingredients at an affordable price year-round. During the selection process, we work hard to bring you only the best quality products. That's why we prioritize ingredients without additives or preservatives.



    • What if I have allergies?

      We take great care to ensure that all of our food is prepared safely. If you have a severe food allergy and want to ensure the utmost caution, please contact our team in advance for more information!

    • How long can I store my meals?

      Our dinners can be safely stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

      We recommend keeping them at a temperature between 4–7°C for the best freshness and taste.

      Please enjoy the meals in the order provided — for example, seafood and salad dishes are best consumed first.

      If you’d like to keep the meals for a longer period, you can store them in the freezer for up to 16 weeks.

      (Note: raw salads should not be frozen.)


    • Can I freeze my meal?

      You’re welcome to freeze the meals if you wish — they’ll stay fresh for up to 16 weeks.

      However, for the best taste and texture, we recommend freezing only the seal-packed dinners.

      (Please note: raw salads are not suitable for freezing.)


      Delivery :

    • Where and when do you deliver?

      Currently in Den Haag, Delft, Rijswijk and the neighborhood around them. You can check the details when you are checking out. We deliver every Monday and Thursday.


    • What are the delivery hours?

      Our delivery hours are the following: - Up until 8 PM, but you can always choose a preference delivery time, we are trying to deliver before 6pm. The details depending on the availability for your region, please note that as we use private delivery companies, we cannot be sure of the exact time your box will be delivered, but we will try our best to deliver at your preferred time.

    • What if I am not home when my food gets delivered?

      Sometimes you don't have to be home to receive your delivery! You can specify details in when you are ordering (like a buzzer number or where to leave the box) so the courier can accommodate the request. The drivers are advised to follow instructions wherever possible within time constraints. If there are issues reaching a member or the concierge is unavailable, boxes will be left as securely as possible.


    • Who’s delivering my box?

      Alongside our in-house couriers, we employ third-party delivery partners to help us get your box delivered to your doorstep on time.

    • Will my food stay fresh during transit?

      Absolutely!We prepared all dishes fresh and packed them carefully while on its way to you. Sometimes you may even receive your food still warm.

    • Will my order be delayed during bad weather?

      Unfortunately, there may be unexpected delays or cancellations due to poor weather conditions. We work closely with our delivery partners to notify you as soon as possible should your delivery be affected. We prioritize the safety of our employees and partners and if a driver cannot complete delivery due to the path to your door being blocked or too icy, the delivery may be reattempted the next day.
