Monday

All orders cover Monday to Wednesday.

Thursday

3 meal orders: cover Thursday to Saturday.

5 meal orders: cover Thursday to Friday.

7 meal orders: cover Thursday to Sunday.

3 meal orders can start on Monday & Thursday.

5 & 7-meal orders: Only start on Monday.

Meals are delivered on the next available delivery day according to your plan.

Meal Storage Instructions

Our meals can be safely stored in the refrigerator for up to 72hours.We recommend keeping them at a temperature between 4–7°C for the best freshness and taste.

Please enjoy the meals in the menu order provided — for example, seafood and salad dishes are best consumed first, stew and roasted meat in the end.

If you’d like to keep the meals for a longer period, you can store them in the freezer for up to 16 weeks. However, for the best taste and texture, we recommend freezing only the dinner meals.

(Note: raw salads should not be frozen.)

Heating Instructions

Microwave Instructions

Place the dinner food container with its lid on a microwave-safe plate. Heat on HIGH for 2 minutes. For lunch you can start with 1.5 minutes.

If needed, continue heating in 30-second intervals until it’s hot throughout. Enjoy!

Oven Instructions

Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-assisted) or 170°C (conventional).

Transfer the food from the container to an oven-safe dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, until heated through.

Food Containers Care

Our food containers are dishwasher-safe up to 70°C .

If washing by hand, use warm water (around 40–50°C) with mild dish soap and a soft sponge — avoid harsh scrubbers or boiling water to protect the container’s surface.

We’ll pick up the food containers the next time we deliver to you. Just leave them out in the same spot your driver leaves your new order.
